In this petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing FIR No.334/2017 dated 15.09.2017 lodged at Police Station Sanganer Sadar, Jaipur City (South) 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has produced report dated 20.09.2025 before the Court wherein, it has been mentioned that no offence under Sections 420, 409 & 120B IPC is found to be of made out against the accused-petitioner and further, the matter has been said to be a civil nature and FR No. 212/2020 dated [2025:RJ-JP:40326] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6665/2017] 01.11.2020 has been filed in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate No-17, Sanganer, Jaipur on 24.11.2020. 3. The report dated 20.09.2025 produced by learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record. 4. In view of above statement, no cause of action for entertaining the instant misc. petition survives. 5.
