The petitioner claims lease back of abadi land of the petitioner bearing Khasra No. 602 area 0.0630 hectare, Revenue Village- Kherli Bhav, Tehsil-Sadar, District Gautam Budh Nagar. Salarpur, Pargana-Dankaur, Tehsil-Sadar, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar. 2. Submissions have been made that though the petitioner is entitled to lease back of the abadi land in terms of Government Order dated 24.04.2010, the same has not been made to the petitioner and, therefore, the respondents be directed to do the needful in this regard. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation dated 08.04.2025, which is appended as annexure-13 to the writ petition on which appropriate decision may be taken. 3. Sri Akhilesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that the application would be decided within such time as may be directed by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3- Chief Executive Officer, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Greater Noida, District- Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the application dated 08.04.2025 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the application.
