I have perused the entire records of these writ petitions and it appears that Division Bench of this Court is still seized with the matter and essentially, petitioners want that order dated 21.12.2022 passed in Special Appeal No. 25 of 2025 be enforced, which is still pending, therefore, this Court is of considered opinion that this Court being a Single Bench cannot consider grievance of petitioner at this stage. 3. However, a liberty is granted to petitioners to approach Division Bench of this Court by way of filing an application, if they are not party to it. 4. Petitioners will also be at liberty to show relevant documents filed in Writ A No. 18572/2022 in above referred Special Appeal pending before Division Bench of this Court. 5. Registry may place above-referred Special Appeal before the Division Bench having said jurisdiction in accordance with procedure prescribed in Rules of this Court. 6.
