JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The prayer in this petition is to issue a writ of certiorari quashing the endorsement bearing No.RRT/KH/CR/660-2024-25 dated 02.01.2024-25 issued by respondent No.3 at Annexure-A and directing the respondent authorities to forthwith incorporate the injunction order granted by the LXXIII ACC & SJ, (CCH- 74), Mayo Hall Unit, Bengaluru in O.S. No.25031/2024 in Column No.11/other rights column of the RTC and other revenue records in respect of the suit schedule properties. 2. On an earlier occasion this Court had dealt with a matter in which, when the matter had come up for preliminary hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to place reliance on a decision a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. No.8304/2023 dated 11.10.2023 in the case of Shivanna Vs. State of Karnataka and others, where the co-ordinate Bench set aside the endorsement issued by the respondent-Tahsildar, whereby - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38042 WP No. 27877 of 2025 the Tahsildar had declined to enter in column 11 of the RTC the orders passed by the Civil Court. Further, in the light of the legal position as discussed in the body of the order, it was directed that the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department shall take note of the orders passed by this Court and the orders passed earlier in W.P No.11299/2020 and take necessary action to make entry of the interim orders passed by the Civil Court in Column No.11. 3. Learned AGA had sought for sometime to place before this Court the action taken by the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department and accordingly the learned AGA has placed before this Court a communication dated 11.03.2025 made by the Revenue Commissioner, Bengaluru to all the Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners bringing to their notice the order passed by this Court in W.P No.10943/2020 to enable entry of such orders passed by the Civil Courts in column No.11. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38042 WP No. 27877 of 2025 4. In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3–Special Tahsildar, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru, to issue necessary orders to enter in Column No.11 of the RTCs pertaining to Sy.No.8, measuring 5 Acres and 05 Guntas of Sonnenahalli Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk and Sy.Nos.1, 6, 29, 33 and 53 all situated at Valagerehalli village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, the interim order granted by learned LXXIII ACC & SJ, (CCH-74), Mayo Hall Unit, Bengaluru in O.S.No.25031/2024.
