In view of the fact that there is an equally efficacious alternative remedy available with the petitioners before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and considering the ratio of the judgments of the Apex Court in Radha Krishan Industries v. State of Himachal Pradesh [(2021) 6 SCC 771] and United Bank of India v. Satyawati Tondon [(2010) 8 SCC 110], we cannot persuade ourselves to exercise our extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
