Main case Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to protect life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of private respondent No. 4. 2. Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 at this stage. 3. Mr. T.P.S.Walia, learned AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the aforesaid respondents. 4. Learned State Counsel, in view of the Standard Operating Procedure/Instructions dated 23.01.2025, issued by the Government of Punjab and after obtaining instructions from the quarter concerned, apprised the Court that petitioners can approach the Authorities concerned on Mobile No. 9646354413 i.e available 24 x 7, “One Stop Crisis Centre, 2nd Floor, Opposite Medical Ward, Civil Hospital, Sangrur. 5. In view of the above, present petition is disposed off with liberty to petitioners to approach the quarter concerned.
