The matter has been listed under the caption “To Be Mentioned” stating that certain factual mistakes have crept in the order dated 13th January, 2025. In paragraph 1 of the said order it has been mentioned that the contempt application has been finally disposed of and the Rule has been discharged. However, the factual position is that the contempt application is pending. Therefore, this error is rectified. 2. In paragraph 2, it has been recorded that the amounts payable to the workmen have also been settled and the claim for compound interest is pending. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.6 that part amounts payable to the workmen have been settled and the claim for compound interest is pending.
