Through the medium of instant petition, the petitioner has sought following relief:- “Writ of Mandamus command and direct the respondents to release the work done liability of the petitioner for Rs. 0.60/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) along with the interest of 10% till the realization of the amount.” Sr. No. 13 2 | P a g e WP(C) No. 2639/2025 02. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he would feel satisfied in case, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to accord consideration to the case of the petitioner by treating the instant writ petition as representation within some stipulated time. 03. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and perused the record. 04. Issue notice, which is waived Ms. Nisha Kangotra, Advocate appearing vice Mr. S.S. Nanda, learned Sr. AAG on behalf of the respondents. She is not averse to the disposal of the instant writ petition by treating the same as representation, provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly under rules and as per law. 05. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal and, is accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to treat the instant writ petition as a representation and accord consideration in light of the fact that petitioner has completed the work to the satisfaction of respondents and the respondents have admitted the liability of the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 0.60/- (Rupees sixty thousand only), within a period of four weeks from the date, a copy of this order as well as copy of the instant writ petition along with the annexure(s) are made available to the said respondent, strictly under rules and as per law. The order of consideration, which is likely to be passed be forwarded to the petitioner by the respondents through registered post. 06. Ltd. Vs. U.T. of J&K and Ors.’ 07. Thus, the instant writ petition, is accordingly, ‘disposed of’ along with connected application(s) in the manner indicated above.
