From the office note as well as the orders passed on 22.02.2024 and 03.05.2024 by the Lawazima Court, it is seen that the petitioner was not represented and no steps has been taken for service of notice upon the respondent No. 2. Accordingly, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ petition which is filed to assail the order dated 18.10.2022, thereby, terminating the petitioner as Gaon Bura and for reinstating him.
