Earlier on 27.01.2025 when the writ petition was called none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. As none appears on behalf of the State Mr. Sanatan Panja, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of representation made to the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman, no steps were taken. I find that there were directions of the Civil Court in T.S. no. 125/2022. In view of the Civil Court already in seisin of the issue, there was interference. Petitioner complains that there was excavation for construction of a deep tubewell. Having regard to the fact that such representation was made on or about December, 2024, I direct that if the petitioner is faced with the same inconveniences, he would submit a fresh representation. The concerned 2 police authorities would take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 640 of 2025 is disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
