1. This is an o6ce reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 01.08.2024 passed in MCRC No. 5414 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Manish Dubey, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certi:ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur District- Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 09.10.2025 has requested for grant of :ve months additional time for concluding the trial.

2 be concluded within the prescribed time limit and the Presiding O6cer of the previous Court could not forward the request for extension within time, the said request is now being submitted before this Court after the case came up for hearing before the present Presiding O6cer. She sincerely apologize for the delay in forwarding this request. After 03/08/2024, every possible eAort was made to secure the presence of the prosecution witnesses. During the said period, the evidence of only one prosecution witness could be recorded. The delay occurred due to non-execution of summons and warrants issued to the prosecution witnesses, which caused di6culty in expeditious trial. As on date, only one witness has been examined. Considering that the six-month period prescribed by this Court’s order dated 01/08/2024 has already expired, additional time is required for proper disposal of the case. Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that, in view of the aforesaid circumstances and the fact that the case could not be decided within the time limit :xed by this Court, this Court may kindly be pleased to grant further reasonable time for the lawful and just disposal of the case.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o7 with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certi:ed copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha)
