Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto, issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondents No. 1 to 5 in not considering the representations, dated: 04-112013, 23-12-2013, 05-06-2014, Nill , 20-10-2014 and 20-10-2014 of the petitioners to waive the loans which were sanctioned by the 3rd RespondentNABARD pursuant to the introduction of schemes by the 1st respondent-Central Government and also action of the Respondents No. 6 & 9-Banks in insisting for repayment of loan amount, pending decision of 3rd Respondent-NABARD on the recomendations made by the 5th respondent-State Level Bankers Committee, dated 14-02-2014 as illegal, arbitrary, uncounstitutional, violation of principles of natural justice, and violation of Art. 14, 19 of the constitution of india and consequently direct the Respondents No. 6 & 9-Banks not to insist the petitioners for repayment of loan amount till a decision is taken by 3rd Respondent-NABARD on the recomendations made by the 5th respondents-State Level Bankers Committee, dated 14-02-2014 and further direct the Respondents No. 1 to 5 to waive the loans which were advanced to the petitoners by directing the Respondents No. 6 & 9/Banks not to harass the petitioners for repayment of loans and pass
3 such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
