WPSB 132/2019 Hon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. Hon’ble Ashish Naithani, J.
Mr. Arvind Vashistha, Senior Advocate, for the petitioners/review applicants. Mr. G.S. Negi, Standing Counsel, for the State. Mr. Manoj Kumar, Standing Counsel, for the Union of India.
(2) Petitioners have sought review of the order dated 20.5.2025, whereby the writ petition was disposed of by permitting the petitioners to make representation within four weeks and a direction was given to competent authority to take decision on petitioner’s representation within six months. (3) Today, the matter is listed on review application (MCC/15932/2025). Learned Counsel for the petitioners, however, could not show any error apparent on the face of record, which may warrant invocation of review jurisdiction. Review is not to be treated as an appeal in disguise. Thus, we do not find any scope to invoke review jurisdiction. (4) Accordingly, review application is disposed of, however, with a direction that representation made by the petitioners on 18.2.2019 shall be
considered and decided, if they have failed to make any representation within the time indicated in the order dated
20.5.2025.
