Learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff has requested for early listing of the above suit today itself as the parties have settled the issue outside the Court and the Vessel is required to release forthwith. The permission is granted and the suit is listed today for passing urgent orders. 2. Ms. Paurami Sheth, Learned Advocate for the Plaintiff has tendered purshish dated 15.07.2025 and submitted that the Plaintiff and owners of the Defendant Vessel have settled the dispute outside this Court in full and final settlement of the claims and counterclaims arising out of and in relation to the Fixture Note dated 22.12.2022 for the Defendant Vessel, that the Plaintiff has C/AS/46/2025 ORDER DATED: 15/07/2025 received the agreed amount and hence does not want to proceed further with the captioned suit and the arrest order dated 10.07.2025 is required to be vacated forthwith. The said purshish is taken on record and forms part of this order. 3. In view of purshish filed by the Plaintiff, the suit is disposed of as withdrawn. The Order dated 10.07.2025 is vacated and the Defendant Vessel is released with immediate effect and further permitted to sail. 4. The Registry is directed to issue Release Warrant forthwith. 5.
