Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the 1st petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2855 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 is relaxed, and the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the 2nd petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2855 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
