In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents to consider the applications produced at Annexure-C and D dated 30.06.2022. 3. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, it is noted that the petitioner’s applications relate to the grant of fishing - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52352 WP No. 20624 of 2022 rights for a period of one year. Since the period for which the fishing rights were sought has already expired, the relief prayed for in the writ petition has lost its relevance.
