The petitioners have filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this Petition and set aside/Quash the impugned FIR No. 87/2024 dated 06.06.2024 by the police of Police Station – Basantpur District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG) on the written information made by the Respondents Sitaram Agrawal and Others for the offence punishable under s. 420, 467, 468 and 471 and 34 of IPC as well as the Charge- sheet which after completion of investigation the concerned police has submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Wadraf-Nagar, Balrampur (CG) and on the basis of which the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Wadraf- Nagar, Balrampur (CG) registered the case against the petitioner as Criminal Case No. 592/2025 in the interest of justice.” 3. From perusal of the relief clause, it transpires that the petitioners have neither mentioned the particulars of the charge-sheet nor challenged the order taking cognizance. This shows that they have drafted a vague and sketchy prayer in a casual manner, thereby wasting the precious time of the Court. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners pray to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as 3 cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Home for Mentally Underdeveloped Children, Mana Camp, District- Raipur (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court. 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioners after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
