Civil Writ Petition No.8973/2020; Ram Swaroop Saini vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., and pray that the instant writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms. In case of Ram Swaroop Saini (supra), this Court directed as under:- “Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to respondent no.1 to decide the objections submitted by the petitioner against the show-cause notice by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days, after receiving the certified copy of this order. Interim order passed by this Court dated 10.02.2021 shall continue till disposal of the objections submitted by the petitioner.” Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the learned counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 06.01.2022 passed in case of Ram Swaroop Saini (supra) which shall apply mutatis mutandis to this case also. The interim order dated 21.11.2019 passed in the writ petition shall continue till disposal of the objections submitted by the petitioner.
