The instant criminal misc. petition has been preferred with the two fold prayers; one for fair, proper impartial and unbiased investigation in the FIR No.219/2021 registered with Police Station Karni Vihar, District Jaipur Metro (West) for the offences under Sections 143, 323 & 341 of I.P.C.; and the other prayer is for quashing the F.I.R. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent as well as the Public Prosecutor submits that in both the FIRs, i.e., 219/2021 and 220/2021 registered with Police Station Karni Vihar, District Jaipur Metro (West) after investigation, the charge-sheet has been submitted against the accused persons, hence, under the changed circumstances, no further cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this criminal misc. petition and the same has become as infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. All other application(s), pending if any, also stand disposed of.
