Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has the instruction to withdraw this writ petition as the petitioners have filed a Page No.# 2/2 Reference Petition under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 on 20.11.2024, with a liberty to pursue the said Reference Petition. Ms. T. Wangmo, learned State counsel appears for respondent No. 2 while Mr. N. Sora, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. M. Kato, learned DSGI for respondent No. 3 and have no objection, if the writ petition is closed.
