When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that the respondent No.3 conducted preliminary enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner received through <Spandana= and closed the issue since the subject matter is civil in nature. He would further submit that the respondent No.3 informed the petitioner to raise a complaint before the Kanchikacharla Police Station since the jurisdiction office was come under Kanchikacharla Police Station. 4 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
