No.23/2023 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam and pressurizing the petitioner, to make payment otherwise threatening to arrest the Petitioner all are Illegal, Unlawful, Violation of Law and Procedure, Violation of Principles of Natural Justice, Violation of Article 14,19,21 of the Constitution of India, Consequently to direct the Respondent No.4,6 and 7 not to Interfere with the petitioner's personal liberty and not to Call the petitioner to the Police Station in connection with the Dispute covered under the Lok Adalat Award dated 26th June, 2022 in between the Petitioner as well as the 5th Un-Official Respondent for recovery of amount as it is purely Civil in Nature and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. Heard Sri R.Siva Sai Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner and pressurizing him to pay the amount as settled between the parties before Lok Adalat and Award was also passed in C.C.No.430 of 2022 dated 26.06.2022. 4 4. Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the disputes between the parties. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the disputes between parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
