Date : 02/07/2025 ORAL ORDER [1] The petitioner has presented this writ petition, being aggrieved by a communication in which, both the counsel admit that the sixth respondent has stated that the candidates in the reserved category, though having secured higher merit, had not been considered in the general category and had been accommodated in the reserved category. [2] It is not in dispute that despite this challenge being made to the recruitment, the successful candidates have not been impleaded. It is also to be noted that the recruitment was completed way back in
C/SCA/17559/2016 ORDER DATED: 02/07/2025 the year 2016 and for the past several years, the recruited candidates would have discharged their duties and at this point of time, to disturb their recruitment without even making them parties would be unfair and improper. Since the petitioner has chosen not to challenge the requirement of those candidates who, according to her, were illegally appointed, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. [3] Petition, therefore, stands dismissed. Rule is discharged.
