1. Heard Mr.Kasif Shakeel, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr.Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondents No.1 to 3/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:
“It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire F.I.R. no. 04/2016 registered at P.S. Mahila Thana, Distt. Bilaspur (C.G.) and and also the entire criminal proceeding arising out of it, which is registered as Criminal Case No. 4587 of 2016 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class. And/or any other relief/ relief's which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may please be also granted to the petitioners in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioners have been acquitted from the charge.
