Heard Mr.T.M.Mano, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthick Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 4. 3. In the considered view of this Court, the 4 th respondent has already https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 14732 of 2025 submitted a communication dated 08.01.2025 to the 3 rd respondent to the effect that the subject property does not come with the ambit of the Air force. Inspite of the same, the 3 rd respondent is insisting for a No objection certificate. That apart, it is also seen from records that the properties which are adjacent to the subject property, has been registered as document Nos.1414 of 2018 and 79 of 2025. 4. In view of the above, the 3 rd respondent is directed to once again verify from the 4 th respondent and if the subject property does not fall within the authority of the Air force, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to register the sale deed, if it is otherwise in order. 5. This writ petition is allowed with the above directions.
