The case of the petitioners is that the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition stood in the name of their father and after his demise, they have requested respondents to change the Katha into their name. However, as the same has not been done, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct respondents to consider their application for change of katha. 2. Learned counsel for the second respondent upon instructions submits that petitioners have not produced all the relevant records to show that they are the owners of the property concerned. He further submits that even the representation is not appropriate and in the representation they have asked for change of katha in the name of their late father. Hence, the following: ORDER i.
