(Oral) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allot an alternative plot to the petitioners and consider representations dated dated 02.01.2025 (Annexure P-8) and 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-9) of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that aggrieved from the inaction of the respondents, the petitioners have already filed RIMPAL RANI 2025.05.06 11.58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-11293-2025 :2: representations dated 02.01.2025 (Annexure P-8) and 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-9) upon the respondents, but no action has been taken thereon till date. He further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if the respondent authorities are directed to deal with their concerns/grievances and pass appropriate order on the said representations. 3. Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Gaurav Bansal, DAG, Haryana, for respondent-State and Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate for respondent No.2, are present in Court and submit that the said representations shall be considered and looked into by the competent authority, in accordance with law. 4. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 (competent authority), to look into the representations dated 02.01.2025 (Annexure P-8) and 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-9) of the petitioners and take an appropriate action thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 5. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
