Ms. Vishakha Pande, learned counsel for petitioner has argued at length, however, Court is not convinced that a selection list issued in 2006 could be questioned in 2015 i.e. after 9 years when this writ petition was filed as well as now Court is considering this case further after 10 years, therefore, candidates selected in 2006 have already served for more than 19 years and they are happily enjoying their services along with their family. 2. In aforesaid circumstances, even case of petitioner has some substance, still then, to unsuit selected candidates would be against the interest of justice. 3. In view of above, Court is not satisfied with submissions of learned counsel for petitioner, therefore, writ petition lacks merit, hence, dismissed. 4.
