ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. "Direct the Respondent No.2 to release the petitioner No.1's Husband NAGENDRA K C @ NAGESHA CTP-4279 petitioner No.2 on general parole for a period of 30 days with liberty to seek extension of 60 days citing that to make necessary financial arrangements for the education of son, to provide a separate residence and to make legal arrangements to file a special leave petition before the Supreme Court of India, the presence of the petitioner No.2 is essential. b. Pass any other order(s) which this court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."
