The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per prosecution case, there is allegation that this petitioner, along with other accused persons, administered poisonous food to one Nitish Kumar Ranjan. The deceased himself disclosed the name of all the accused persons who administered him poisoned food. The viscera report shows that aluminum phosphide was detected which is commercially known as Celphos. Petitioner claims clean antecedents and he is in custody since 04.03.2025. 4.
