On the previous occasion, the learned counsel for the respondent placed on record a Pursis along with the death certificate of the respondent, stating that Ramesh Abhimanji Astolikar expired on 17/02/2024. This Court, by an order dated 30/09/2025, directed the learned A.P.P. to verify the death certificate dated 13/03/2024, which was placed before this Court. 2. Today, the learned A.P.P., on the oral instructions of P.I. Mehatare, Police Station, Achalpur, informs this Court that the concerned P.I. has verified with the neighbors of the deceased Ramesh that he passed away due to a heart attack. The P.I. further 2025:BHC-NAG:10826 2 12-Cr.APPEAL-209-2012 informs that the family of the deceased Ramesh has now relocated to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. 3.
