Plot Nos. 503 & 504 were recorded in the name of Bhusan Das son of Gopuinath Das measuring an area of 0.42 and 0.08 acre respectively of mouza-Kasharia, J.L. No. 59 vide BR Case No. B-35. 3. KB ROR records that the suit plot being nos. 502, 503 & 504 is fully vested to the State with the noting “Bina Anumoti Dang” in the name of Gourhari Das and Shrihari Das son of Biswanath Das of Village- Kunjapur, 1364 Bengali Year. 4. In the finally published computerized mother LR record of rights, the aforesaid plots are recorded in the name of the Collector’s khatian with area 0.61, 0.42 and 0.08 acre respectively. 2 5.
