JUSTICE HANCHATE SANJEEVKUMAR) Learned counsels for the appellants and respondents have filed a joint compromise petition and submitted that the appellants and respondents have compromised the matter amicably among themselves. Therefore, requested to effect the partition as per the compromise petition. Hence, filed compromise petition. 2. The appellant Nos.1 to 7 and respondent Nos.1 to 3 are present before the Court and submitted that they have amicably settled the matter in presence of elders and well wishers. They have further submitted that on their own consciousness and with all awareness, they have compromised the matter between themselves without there being any coercion, force and undue influence and also submitted that there are no proceedings pending in this Court. 3. All of them admit of having understood the terms of the settlement and also admit that the settlement is just and proper and the same is acceptable to all of them. The appellant Nos.1 to 7 and respondent Nos.1 to 3 have requested to effect - 5 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:931 RFA No. 100203 of 2020 the compromise as per the compromise petition submitted today and pass a decree in terms of compromise petition. 4. The parties have affixed their signature to the order sheet of this Court in token of acceptance of terms of the settlement. 5. Therefore, the present appeal stands disposed off in terms of the compromise petition. Office is directed to draw a decree in terms of the compromise petition. 6.
