This fact has been confirmed by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate-cum-Additional Advocate General. We have interacted with the corpus. She wants to go and live with the petitioner—Smt. Sita Devi (maternal grandmother). Considering the statement made by the corpus and also considering the fact that she is above eighteen years of age, we permit the corpus to go with the petitioner—Smt. Sita Devi (maternal grandmother). The concerned police officer is directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the corpus while going with the petitioner.
