On the ground that the petitioner has put up construction in violation of sanction plan, the impugned notice is issued by the respondent calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why action should not be initiated against him. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to set aside the impugned notice. 2. I do not see any error in the impugned notice. The allegation made therein is that, it has come to the notice of the respondent that the petitioner has put up construction in violation of sanction plan, hence, notice is issued to him as to why action should not be initiated against him and an opportunity is granted to the petitioner to show cause that he has not put up construction in violation of the plan sanctioned. 3. As the petitioner has failed to make out any ground for interference, the writ petition is hereby dismissed. Sd/- (M.I.ARUN) JUDGE PGG
