Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.210 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. case No.417 of 2024 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the I.P.C., thereafter charge has been framed under Sections 302/201/120(B) of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Seraikella. On 17.05.2024, dead body of an unknown person was found near Kendu Gach Morh, Gamharia. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner that he was having illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased due to which he might have committed the murder of the deceased. Mr. Santosh Kr. Shukla, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and after going through the case diary submitted that petitioner has been made an accused only suspicion. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Seraikella, in connection with S.T. Case No.210 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. case No.417 of 2024 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
