Pursuant to the statement made by Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, that Special Leave Petitions had been preferred against the judgments (LPA No. 147/2019 dismissed on 19.04.2022 on the ground of limitation and the review petition dismissed on 10.02.2023), this Court had deferred the proceedings on 10.11.2025. 2. Today, Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, submits that the Special Leave Petitions preferred by the appellants stand dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 13.01.2026. Therefore, in view of the dismissal of the SLPs, the present batch of appeals, along with the applications seeking condonation of delay, do not survive for consideration. 3. Having regard to the above submission and in view of the dismissal of the Special Leave Petitions by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, all these appeals, alongwith connected applications seeking condonation of delay, are dismissed.
