Heard Mr.J.Rajmohan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent. 3. The petitioner is relying upon the partition deed dated 22.01.2025. The petitioner is also relying upon the online patta granted in his name in Patta No.722. The petitioner submitted an online application on 14.02.2025 seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner and conduct the survey in line with the title deed and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner. If there are any rival claims, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
