Heard Vutupalli Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are not taking any action against the complaint dated 18-08-2025 made against the respondents 6 and 7 and interfering in the civil dispute . 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents and there is no complaint was lodged before the SHO, Uravakkonda and after the laspse of seven months, the petitioner has raised a complaint against the unofficial respondents in the Sanjamala Police station, but the entire place of offence is at Uravakonda. 5 5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the Civil Court having jurisdiction. There shall be no order as to costs.
