He has also preferred a contempt proceeding for failure of the respondents to act in terms of the directions in that writ petition. 2. While the contempt petition is still pending, he has preferred the present writ petition soliciting a writ of mandamus for the relief in the form of payment of his arrears of salary/wages. No such khs/Feb.2025/1568 2025:BHC-AUG:3141-DB - 2 - writ of mandamus in another writ petition can be issued.
