For the purpose his client made application dated 4th April, 2025 to respondent no.3, the Sub Divisional Officer. He seeks interference. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, action has been taken following the application made by petitioner. A committee has been formed and private respondent no.5 noticed. Petitioner has record of action already taken. We are confident, respondent no.3 and any other officer of the administration will deal with the situation to prevent wrongful intervention, if any by respondent no.5.
