This Court, vide order dated 15.09.2023 passed in CRR No. 450 of 2013, while dismissing the petition of the petitioner, namely, Liu Gaoxuan had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.11.12 13:24:48 +0530 2 law, preferably within a period of one year from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Korba, District- Korba (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 30.08.2024, requested for and was granted a further period of six months time to conclude the trial vide order dated 25.09.2024 in CRMP No. 2593 of 2024. 4. The learned Special Judge SC/ST (P.A.) Act, District- Korba (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 29.09.2025 has again come up before this Court requesting for grant of some more time to conclude the trial stating that the matter is fixed for prosecution evidence. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
