The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memorandum of grounds of criminal petition and the order of the High Court dated 14.08.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sivaprasad Reddy Venati, Advocate for the Petitioners and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following; ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions, but the charge sheet has not yet been filed. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioners herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.7877 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 A.M., and 05.00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioners shall make themselves available to the Investigating Officer as and when required. Accordingly, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed.
