GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 4 ORDER: The petitioner is aggrieved by the nonpayment of amount of Rs.58,667/- due on account of providing 110 mm HDPE Pile Line interconnections work at Power Pet 1, 2, 3 lines in Div No.48 under A.E. -12 Section. The said work was executed by the petitioner for the 8th respondent. However, till date, the said bill was not cleared. 2. Sri A.S.C. Bose, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.8 and 9 submits that the bills are cleared and is pending with the Audit Department and requests two (02) weeks time to clear the same. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents concerned to release the payment to the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks. There shall be no order as to costs.
