The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and award dated 06.12.2016, passed by the M.A.C.T./ Additional District Judge, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in M.A.C.P. No. 401 of 2011, whereby the claim petition filed by the appellant/claimants was partly allowed and an amount of ₹50,000/- was awarded in their favour. 4. Today, the matter was taken up before the National Lok Adalat. 5. Now, the appellants/claimants and respondents have mutually agreed to settle the matter through compromise. Accordingly, the appellants/claimants have expressed their willingness to withdraw the appeal. 6. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 7.
