CARAP No. 1 of 2025 This application has been filed for rectification of clerical mistake in the presence of the Advocates marked for respective parties. It has been submitted by learned counsel for applicant/claimant that on previous date i.e. 27th December, 2024, Mr.R.K. Bawa, Sr. Advocate with him (Mr. Chander Narayan Singh, Advocate), M/s V. Balaji, M.Vaikunth and B. Dhananjay, Advocates, had appeared for the appellant before this Court. However, presence of Mr.R.K. Bawa, Senior Advocate, has not been marked, whereas, presence of M/s V. Balaji, M.Vaikunth and B. Dhananjay, Advocates, has been inadvertently marked for the respondents along with counsel appearing for the respondent. Aforesaid submissions have also been endorsed by learned counsel appearing for the respondent. The aforesaid clerical mistake which could not be rectified on that day due to oversight, deserves to be corrected and therefore, as prayed in application, presence of counsel appearing for the parties on 27.12.2024 is ordered to be marked/corrected accordingly. The Court Master of this Court is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the presence of parties in order dated 27.12.2024. Copy of corrected order also be uploaded on the website of the High Court. Application is allowed and disposed of.
