...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly writ of mandamus declaring the action of Respondent no. 2 and 3 in not disposing of the application date 02-09-2025, 23-06-2025 filed by the petitioner herein for taking action against the Respondent no. 4 to 7 for not allowing the Petitioners to enter into the land even though they are rightful owners of the property in relation to the land admeasuring Ac. 4.03 cents in Survey No. 46/2 of Kaigal Village, Baireddypalle Mandal, Palamaneru Division, Chittoor District is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, and violative of articles 14, 21 and 300-A and consequently pleased to direct respondent No. 3 to consider the petitioners representation dated 02-09-2025 and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct respondent No. 4 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02- 09-2025 regarding admeasuring Ac. 4.03 cents in Survey No. 46/2 of Kaigal Village, Baireddypalle Mandal, Palamaneru Division, Chittoor District pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: KODE RAMESH BABU Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:

02. Heard Sri Kode Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the official respondents. 03. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the representations made by the petitioner were received by the concerned authorities, and the same are under process for preliminary enquiry. 04. In view of the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition at this stage. However, it is made clear that the concerned authorities shall complete the preliminary enquiry strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and take appropriate action on the petitioner’s representations dated 02.09.2025 and

23.06.2025. The petitioners are at liberty to pursue the matter before the concerned police authorities and furnish any additional documents or information, if required, for expeditious disposal of the enquiry. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
