1. This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 115 and 151 of CPC for setting aside the order dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Additional District Judge (Senior Division), Panchkula.
2. Petitioner-Jaskirat Singh Manchanda, who has appeared in person has submitted that since the matter is listed before the trial Court today at 11:30 am, thus, the present revision petition be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas which are available to them before the trial Court.

3. Col. Avtar Singh Dhillon, who has appeared on behalf of respondent No.4 has submitted that in compliance to the order passed by the trial Court, they have already passed a speaking order and the said speaking
order would be submitted before the trial Court at 11:30 am.
4. Respondent No.2-Col. Ravindra Mehta (Retd.), who has also appeared in person has also submitted that they will also make submissions before the trial Court.
5.
