Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that by order dated 09.04.2025, the respondent no. 3 has allowed the revision filed by respondent nos. 5 & 6 and has set aside the order dated 01.06.2016 and remanded the matter before the court below for decision afresh instead of deciding the revision on merits. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision, against the order impugned. 5. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 6.
