Sri. M.S.Hiremath., counsel for the petitioner has appeared in person.
2. The captioned writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:- (1) Issue a writ of certiorari to quash impugned No.
dated:03.06.2024 (Annexure-S). (2) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to continue the service of the petitioner with the 3rd respondent till an appropriate decision is taken by respondents on deputation of the petitioner.
3. Counsel for the petitioner urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care.
The petitioner is questioning the Articles of charge by invoking the writ jurisdiction. The law is well settled that writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked to question the Articles of charge.
